Welcome to Muzeek! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, software, applications, and websites provided by Muzeek Pty Ltd; ABN: 59 160 407 554 ("Muzeek", "we", "our", or "us").
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You own your data. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Muzeek provides a secure platform for the live music industry to manage bookings, events, tours, documents, finances, and communications.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, account holders, and organizations. Our Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
If you are using Muzeek on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and confirming that you have authority to bind it.
Enterprise customers may have a separate written agreement with Muzeek that supplements or modifies these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the signed Enterprise agreement prevails for the subscribing organization.
You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, submit, or share through Muzeek ("Content"). This includes events, bookings, tours, contacts, messages, documents, contracts, invoices, settlements, ticket reports, runsheets, attachments, and any other materials you enter.
By using the Service, you grant Muzeek a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content for the following purposes:
You may create tokenized share links (for invoices, settlements, bookings, documents, runsheets, or reports) that allow recipients to access specific Content without signing in. You are responsible for who you share those links with. Anyone with the link may view the scoped information.
You are responsible for your Content and the consequences of sharing it. We may remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Muzeek includes features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI Features") to help you draft, summarize, organize, and act on your Content. This includes the assistant chat, document and message drafting, inbound email processing, content extraction, and optional web discovery.
If you enable inbound email processing, emails sent or forwarded to your workspace address may be processed by AI to create or update bookings, events, and records. You may disable this in Settings at any time.
On eligible paid plans, you may enable Privacy mode per assistant chat. When active, eligible AI requests use zero data retention settings where supported, and web discovery is disabled for that chat.
Certain AI usage is billed via prepaid credits or included monthly allowances depending on your plan. Usage is metered and reconciled through your billing account.
Muzeek may use your Content to train, improve, and develop proprietary AI models that power and enhance the Service. This training helps improve accuracy, relevance, and quality of AI Features for all users.
You can disable M inbound processing in Settings, use Privacy mode where your plan supports it, opt out of AI model training on paid plans, and choose not to initiate AI features. By using AI Features, you consent to your Content being processed to complete the requested action.
By using the Service, you agree to:
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
The Service is delivered primarily as a hosted web application. If we provide downloadable software, browser extensions, or native applications in the future, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them solely in connection with the Service. Such software may update automatically.
If you use the Muzeek API (via API keys you create in Settings), your use is governed by these Terms and the developer documentation available at muzeek.ai/developers. You may not exceed rate limits, circumvent access controls, or use the API in ways that harm the Service or other users.
Some features are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing (Free, Pro, Premium, or Enterprise), you agree to:
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of your current billing cycle. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
Additional roster members, AI credits, and other add-ons may be purchased separately. Add-on pricing and terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
Muzeek workspaces are organized around organizations. Organization administrators may:
If you sign up with an email address associated with an organization that has claimed that domain, that organization and its administrators may gain access to and control over your account and Content within that workspace. By using an organization-associated email, you consent to this administrative control.
You may connect your Muzeek workspace with third-party services (for example, Xero, ticketing platforms, e-signing providers, or accounting tools). When you connect an integration, you authorize your Content and data to be shared with those services as configured.
We are not responsible for how third-party services use your data. Please review their terms and privacy policies.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your Content, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, account isolation, and secure hosting. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your organization from workspace Settings where that option is available.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your continued use poses legal or financial risk to Muzeek or others.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We may delete your Content from our active systems, though certain data may be retained in encrypted backups or as required by law for a limited period.
All rights to the Service (excluding your Content) are owned by Muzeek or its licensors. This includes software, design, branding, logos, and trademarks. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
You may submit feedback or suggestions, which we may use freely without obligation to you.
Muzeek respects intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyright has been infringed through the Service, please contact us at support@muzeek.ai with details of the claimed infringement.
We may update, add, or remove features at any time to improve the Service. We aim to notify you of material changes but are not required to do so. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept those changes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muzeek, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzeek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
In any case, Muzeek's total liability for all claims in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of:
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
By using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in Australia, the United States, or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your personal data during cross-border transfers.
You grant us permission to include your company or organization name and logo in our list of customers, marketing materials, or website unless you opt out by notifying us in writing at support@muzeek.ai.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Muzeek (except where a signed Enterprise agreement applies) and supersede any prior terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. Muzeek may assign or transfer its rights freely (for example, in connection with a business transfer).
We may send you important notices via email to the address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping that address current. We may also send product updates or marketing communications, which you may opt out of.
