Muzeek

Muzeek is live-music software at muzeek.ai for calendars, bookings, rosters, documents, settlements, invoices, and ticket reports. Artists, venues, promoters, booking agencies, and venue groups use the signed-in app. A signed-in AI agent can do the same jobs the app already supports, in conversation. There is no public unauthenticated write API and no official CLI. Machine view on this site is markdown on the same URLs.

What Muzeek is for

Use Muzeek when the work is a live show, not a generic meeting calendar. Typical jobs: a venue calendar of shows and holds, booking a date from offer through confirmation, rostering several artist or room calendars, and settling the night against deal terms.

Venue calendar

Rooms and venue groups keep calendars of shows, holds, and dark nights. Venues are saved on the account; location search uses Google Maps plus those saved records. There is no public crowd-sourced venue directory.

Booking

Customize booking offers with unique deal terms, set times, clauses, conditions, and more, and then send out for confirmation. Holds, confirmations, and the message thread for a specific performance date sit on the booking so both sides share one record.

Documents

Templates and booking documents use merge variables and share links. Signing is hosted by Documenso. Muzeek does not give legal advice.

Rostering

Activate roster members for managing several calendars at once from one account. A roster member can be an artist at an agency, a room at a venue, a venue in a group, or a person in a band. Band members added here can be paid on split payments. Free can add roster members; activating calendars starts on Pro.

Settlements and tickets

After the show, settlements, invoices, and recorded payments follow the deal terms. Ticket reports can be entered by hand or synced from Moshtix when that integration is connected. Live Settings integrations also include Xero, SuperChoice, Basware (when enabled), and Documenso signing. Stripe bills Muzeek plans. Oztix and similar homepage logos are not live ticket adapters.

Superannuation (Australia)

Getting paid Super is always free on every plan. Included volume and the $0.35 USD overage apply only to outgoing Super contributions — when an account pays Super to others — through SuperChoice. Bands and artists who receive Super are not charged for being paid Super, even if the band has many members, and even if they are paid Super many times in a month (for example 100 incoming Super payments). Incoming Super does not count toward included volume or overage. Member count on the receiving band does not create Super charges for that band. The contributing party (the account responsible for paying Super to others) is the only party billed for Super contribution volume. The receiving party is never the payer for incoming Super.

Outgoing Super volume (included contributions, then $0.35 USD each) is on muzeek.ai/pricing. Paying Super to others starts on Pro.

Split payments

Getting paid on a split payment is always free on every plan. Making split payments — adding people and shares to a booking so others get paid from the deal — starts on Pro. Bands and artists who receive a split payment do not need a paid plan, even if they are paid on many splits. Receiving a split never requires Pro. The account that makes split payments on the booking is the one that needs Pro. The receiving party does not.
