Terms & Conditions
1. The Artist agrees to perform at the venue for the duration specified above.
2. The Client agrees to provide adequate sound equipment and staging as per the technical rider.
3. Cancellation by either party requires 14 days notice for full refund of deposit.
4. The Artist retains all rights to recorded material from the performance.
5. Payment of the balance is due within 14 days of event completion.
6. The Artist agrees to arrive at least 2 hours before the scheduled performance time for load-in and soundcheck.
7. The Client shall provide a secure area for the Artist's equipment and personal belongings.
8. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
